Top 5 - Seasonal Jumpers

vintage pastel jumper
Winter is definitely upon us. Time to start digging out the jumpers and choosing warmth over style. You maybe one of the fortunate ones who own some of those super adorable, but now ridiculously expensive, pastel knits. You know the ones I mean, the ones all us 80s kids wore begrudgingly due to all the itch, but would love the chance to own one again. These ones right here with those gorgeous colours, and super cute animal motifs!

But for the rest of us, never fear! There are still a tonne of adorable jumpers out there. Here are our Top 5, and best of all, each one is still available to purchase!!! No teasing with amazing designs that will now be near impossible to find  high five!  🙋

Penguin Jumper

The penguins chest is fur applique, and gold sequins have been used for the nose. With a pom pom on the top of her adorable hat.

Just look how cute her little baby is!

This jumper would look lovely paired with some super thick tights and a tutu. It is also available in blue.

Find it on Etsy for £36.66
Dead Teddy Sweatshirt

With an adorable fluffy applique, this dead bear sweatshirt is too cute for words! He looks like a polar bear, which means he is perfect for the winter months.

He as a plastic nose, like all stuffed animals should do, the cutest rosy cheeks and X'd out eyes... because he died of his own cuteness!

I am in love with this sweater, that purple is a great colour, but with over 25 different options available, there is one to suit anyone's wardrobe.

Find it on Etsy for £24.99
Tinsel Tits Jumper

Available in both pink & blue, this jumpers design is a parody of the Birth of Venus by the famous Botticelli.

Each jumper is screen printed, and then embellished with real tinsel, so it is sure to sparkle.

This maybe a little risque for some, but personally I think it's great fun, and still super kawaii!

Find it at yellow bulldog for £12.50

Playstation Pink Jumper

Show off your inner geek, whilst still looking super kawaii, in this official Playstation jumper.

Made to look like a traditional Christmas knit, with the subtle added bonus of the Playstation controller symbols.

Incorporate your love of gaming, pink and Christmas all in one!

 Kawaii Cat Sweater
Find it at Danilambdesigns for $47
Finally we end our top picks with this absolutely charming cat jumper. Not only perfect for winter, but can be worn again and again all year round. With so many colours to choose from, it would be hard to pick just one!

The print features adorable kitties, taiyaki fish, paw prints and other cute kitty elements. A must have for all Cat lovers this holiday.

What do you think fellow bubblegummies, will you be adding any of these to your winter wardrobes?

Is there a must have jumper you think we have missed?

Top 5 Christmas Tree Pretties

Having spent forever finally deciding upon our tree this year, we have now got the joys of ornament shopping. Decorating a tree is a great way to display your own personal style, and these days it would seem nothing is impossible, we have seen it all. From 80s toys to Santa Centaurs, and we have to say... we are LOVING it !!!

We have decided on our faves this year, initially it was a whole lot of barbie keepsakes, but we decided to straight out eliminate any that were already sold out at retailers as they're of little use to us now. Then we eliminated all the ones that wouldn't fit in with our overall aesthetic, as much as we wanted them (such as the pug in a jar from paperchase)

So here are our remaining top 5 picks, we thought we'd share with our bubblegummy friends.

Find them on Ebay for £3.95

Pastel Christmas Tree Baubles

A staple for any tree, these baubles come in the prettiest colours, and with the variant of glitter, they're sure to add interest to any tree.

As we've decided to go for a white tree, the touch of pastel will really make it sparkle.

They're also shatterproof, which is a must for me as the kiddies are sure to knock over the tree at some point, better to be prepared.

Find them on Ebay for £3.99

Heart Shaped Baubles

There is no such thing as too many baubles, and with so many options these days, it's a nice idea to introduce different shapes.

To pair with the pastel set, we thought these hearts would be a perfect addition. Still in the same luster and glitter, with a few matte thrown in for good measure.

Again they're also shatterproof, so bonus!

Find her at Hallmark for $15.95
JEM Ornament

This absolutely gorgeous ornament is by Hallmark, and I am not going to lie, I actually cried when I saw her.

Jem was one of my childhood faves, and even now is one of my most loved. Sadly I'm unable to purchase her in the UK so am facing huge shipping and custom fee's. Hence my many many tears over this, the most awesome ornament there will ever be!!!

Swiftly moving on before I cry again ..
Find it at paperchase for £4

Hummingbird decoration

Having green in the pastels pack, I thought I should include a little more.

How delicate does this hummingbird look?

Not only is it green, but faceted so will reflect other colours when the light hits it.
Though it appears to be crystal, it is in fact acrylic so another sturdy piece unlikely to break upon the inevitable tree tip.

Find them at Kawaii-panda for £6.71

Pusheen Plushie Ornament

Last on our list are these adorable Pusheen plushies. Not all will work with my colour choices, but the majority would still look adorable on our tree, especially the Christmas present Pusheen.

Sadly with these, they're bought blind so you can never guarantee which you'll receive. I must have some form of plush cutie on my tree though, so worth the risk!
